The event also aims to create a historic framework for professionals to listen to each other, and to connect young practitioners, the heirs of tomorrow's maritime and financial arbitration.
This event is designed to promote arbitration and mediation as a means of settling maritime and financial disputes.
It's an opportunity to take part in high-level doctrinal debates and edifying workshops led by internationally renowned professionals.
About the promoter
Created in 2019 by the Association Internationale pour le Développement de l'Arbitrage en Afrique (AIDAA), the Centre International d'Arbitrage et de Médiation (CIAM) has established itself as an internationally renowned institution specializing in the settlement of maritime and financial disputes.
The idea of a center specializing in the settlement of financial and maritime disputes arose from the founders' desire to respond to a real need to offer economic operators in these sectors appropriate and effective dispute settlement methods.
